For me, Mallorca is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful islands in the world. I have spent my holidays here for many years and each time it was difficult for me to say goodbye. Finally, I took the step to fulfill my dream of owning my own home. I can therefore very well understand why you too feel the desire to own your own property on your favorite island, but also understand the fears and worries associated with it.

The breathtaking landscape, the magical bays as well as the pleasant climate all year round and the Mallorcan way of life make this island truly unique. We are extremely happy to have come across Martina Dauber for our dream project “Small finca on Mallorca with pool”. Our dream of looking for an old, small natural stone finca in a quiet location was quickly overtaken by the bitter reality that one is always confronted with, especially in this "finca rustica" area.
