An important day for MD real estate projects. My feelings are still indescribable and I needed a few days, weeks to process this day. I already pictured this celebration in my head on my car trip from Kaiserslautern to Palma de Mallorca 7 years ago and I kept telling myself that if I successful, then I would celebrate with everyone involved!

Why was this celebration so important for me?

Back to the beginning of my journey

In my family there was a heavy blow of fate. This showed me how life is finite and that we only have the here and now. It is this one moment that changes everything and shows you that putting things off is not a good alternative. The dream of emigration is one we have secretly cherished for a long time, but as it happens you stay in your rut and are basically content with the basic conditions of your life. With the basic conditions of our life. Above all, there was this big question mark, what would happen if we took the step? when we take the plunge? Well, as I said, this one moment changed everything and shows you what is really important in life. Together with my family I decided that now was the right time, to start the Mallorca project. I defied the critical and ridiculing voices and took my life into my own hands. With my fully packed Seat Leon I set off alone on what was probably the most exciting, most important and most difficult trip of my life. Of course I had doubts. Is this all the right thing to do? Am I selfish, insane?

How had I found my courage

I have always had a feeling that something bigger was waiting for me and that I should pursue my passion for real estate and interior design. I became pregnant at a relatively early age and had to from my original path of studying interior design, as my husband was self-employed at the time and well, as it is in the beginning, a second salary was needed a second salary. But I have never regretted it. I learned a lot, was able to experience a lot with my family and experience with my family and make a lot of things possible for my daughter.

Arrived in Mallorca

When I arrived in Mallorca, I moved into a small flat in Campos and, piece by piece to realise my vision. I researched the market and found my niche. I worked day and night, made contacts and learned Spanish like a madwoman, really :D. It wasn’t easy. But I felt at home from the very first moment, my Mallorcans opened doors for me. I met great, inspiring people. One thing is clear, Mallorca is a shark tank, there are a lot of real estate companies and some of them are black sheep. As it is in life, you learn from your experiences. Experiences that I also had to make, but you only learn from those and they brought me right here. Over the years, I built up my client base. I always followed my gut feeling, because it had never been wrong. I met great clients, inspiring and unique people. People who see and saw something in me, and saw something in me that convinced them. It makes me very grateful to be so appreciated. The reviews from my make me happy every time I read them. They take the time to write me a few nice and honest lines. Reviews that help me help me and show other interested parties that I do my work well and special. Are thankful that I am there for you and that I protect them from the mistakes in Mallorca.

The festival showed me that I have arrived

I have arrived and am appreciated by my customers and cooperation partners. That’s exactly why it was soooo important for me. It should be a very special celebration for very special people. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart. To all people who believe in me and have believed in me, who have supported me along the way and who have supported me on this path, who have given me a kick up the backside when I have had a who had a sympathetic ear when I needed it, who cheered me on and kept their fingers crossed for me and kept their fingers crossed for me. It was important for me to say thank you to my great partners who treat me as an equal and appreciate me. The day had come and I was standing in this wonderful location, welcoming my guests. And saw what I had achieved at a glance. 139 people came especially for me to celebrate me and our work together. Impressive, I can tell you. And I had to suppress my tears more than once. Then, when my daughter talked about me being her idol, I realised, that I had done much more than I realised when I emigrated.

But I could never have done it without my family

If my husband had not sacrificed many years of his life to found and run a company, a company that gave us a lot of freedom and opportunities, we would not be in this position. a company that has given us a lot of freedom and opportunities, we would not be here where we are. Actually, he is the whole hero of the story and I am happy to give it all back to him now. For more than 34 years we have been going through life together, loving each other. A one-woman show has turned into a family business. We can now live our lives together on Mallorca. A great wish of my heart has been fulfilled. I am flattered that my guests, friends and business partners have told me that I am an inspiration to others. That I should tell my story to encourage others. That they take their hats off to me for taking this step alone on Mallorca, to start my company…in a male domain, the construction industry.I am grateful that I had this courage. I believe that if you really burn for something, you can move mountains. Most of the time, the things that scare us are the things we need to become a better version of ourselves. My party proved to me once again that the law of attraction is not a misconception. From the beginning, I imagined this festival exactly as it was, it was even much, much better. I am convinced: You attract what you send out into the universe.
