After our first update on the renovation project in Campanet, which we shared on our blog a few weeks ago, we now have exciting news! The transformation of the townhouse continues and we have made important progress. Find out what has happened so far and what's next here!
What have we achieved so far?
After having thoroughly examined the building in the first step and adapted the necessary room layout, we are now in the process of transforming the house step by step into a modern home. Here is an overview of what has been achieved so far:
1. Demolition and redesign of the room layout
We started by tearing down the old walls to fundamentally change the layout. The goal was to create an open and spacious feeling that was both modern and functional. This first step allowed us to tailor the house to the needs of the future residents.
The outdoor area: A garden for the senses
The outdoor area will not only be redesigned, but will also create true oases for future residents. We are particularly proud of the planned extension of the pools, which will become a real highlight of the house thanks to the redesign of the garden. The pool area will be spacious, with enough space for relaxation and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate.
But that's not all: the garden has already been cleared of unwanted undergrowth to make room for the redesign and the new green areas. The way is now clear to create a harmonious and green environment that will offer future residents an oasis of well-being right on their doorstep. The garden will not only be aesthetically pleasing, but will also be equipped with new plants and well-thought-out landscaping that perfectly reflects the charm of Mallorca.
What's next?
In the next few weeks we will focus on completing the interior work and adding the finishing touches. We will also be finishing the exterior. Our vision is to complete the project in Campanet a perfect home for the future owners – a place where modern design and traditional charm meet.
