Large plot with the possibility to build two dream fincas near Porreres.
This plot is one of my favorites. Why? I find the location perfect, because you have a wonderful panoramic view and really 360 degrees unobstructed. Another advantage is that you can either build a dream finca on a large plot, but you also have the possibility to build two dream fincas here. The access is via an asphalted road, only the last 300 meters is a gravel road.
Public electricity is available and a licence to drill a well has already been ordered by the owners.
