We can recommend Ms. Martina Dauber and her team without reservation. Renovation in particular can be a challenge in Mallorca, you're not there, you don't speak the language, you don't know the materials, you don't know which licenses are necessary for renovation... Our idea was to buy a townhouse, renovate it and then build one Apply for a vacation rental license. Ms. Dauber supported us from the very first moment with her knowledge and network.
