I always recommend that my clients have their properties checked by a lawyer. My team includes two Mallorcan lawyers who speak German.

The preliminary contract (option contract or down payment contract) is drawn up by a lawyer after a thorough review of all documents and the down payment is securely deposited into a notary escrow account, which ensures the safest design of the preliminary contract for everyone involved!

We are extremely happy to have come across Martina Dauber for our dream project "Small finca on Mallorca with a pool". Our dream of finding an old, small natural stone finca in a quiet location was quickly overtaken by the bitter reality that one is always confronted with in this "finca rustica" area. Since we were in Germany, we were able to see the progress of the construction through photos and videos.
