I always recommend that my clients have their properties checked by a lawyer. My team includes two Mallorcan lawyers who speak German.
The preliminary contract (option contract or down payment contract) is drawn up by a lawyer after a thorough review of all documents and the down payment is securely deposited into a notary escrow account, which ensures the safest design of the preliminary contract for everyone involved!

On Mallorca I am your personal contact between the architects and my recommended construction companies. I accompany you from our first contact to the handover of the keys and beyond. I am always available to provide you with advice and assistance and represent your interests locally as your loyal contact. I will support you throughout the entire construction process and will also be available to answer any everyday questions you may have.
